You will be responsible for

  • Actively seeking new customers in the area of sales outsourcing services concerning IT staff
  • Comprehensive management of the sales process (preparation of tenders, conducting of sales presentations, negotiations on the terms and conditions of contracts, analyzing of current and potential customers' needs)
  • Maintaining and ensuring good customer relations
  • Caring for the good image of the company

What we require

  • Experience in sales
  • Experience in sales of IT outsourcing staff or sales of personal counseling
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Presentations and trade negotiations skills
  • Independence in action
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude, commitment, creativity and consistency
