WE HELP OUR CLIENTS TO INNOVATE BY PROVIDING PROFESSIONAL SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES, DATA ANALYTICS AND OUTSOURCING
You will be responsible for
- Helping clients from the Construction industry in being innovative through digitization and using New Technologies.
- Comprehensive sales process management and coordination of relationships with new and existing ITMAGINATION clients from the Construction industry in Poland and abroad (acquisition of business customers, needs analysis, bid management, delivering product presentations, negotiating contract terms, service delivery).
- Acting as an advisor, supporting managers of clients in understanding how modern innovative technologies can affect the development of their business.
- Supporting the entire product portfolio of the company in terms of proposed solutions and services (Custom Software Development, BI, Cloud, ERP, IT Managed Services, Performance Management, Outsourcing).
- Reporting to the Management Board, working closely with managers of business competence responsible for the implementation of individual projects and other departments of the company (legal, marketing, HR).
- Building the company's good image. Acting as a representative of the company during business events.
What we require
- 10+ years of working experience in large organizations from the IT / Construction sectors.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales at the level of CXO.
- 3+ years of experience in sales of services and solutions for the Construction sector.
- In-depth knowledge of the Construction industry in Poland and abroad. Awareness of the specificity of work, trends, needs and constraints of the industry. Strong business relationships with decision-makers.
- The broad knowledge of IT and technological solutions used in the Construction sector.
- Proficiency in English, allowing for the preparation of tenders and conducting business negotiations in English.
- Executive presence. The best candidates have previous experience in strategic management, on the border of consulting / technology.
- Self-reliance and being focused on the result.
