Data Science Program Manager

You will be responsible for

  • Advise and empower large companies to gain market share and increase profitability by applying data analytics and machine learning
  • Create and execute data as an asset in sales and delivery strategy
  • Create and manage the whole business unit from scratch including sales, consulting, R&D, solutions delivery, and the P&L
  • Develop client portfolio, establish win-win partnerships with Data Science market leaders and run successful projects
  • Manage Data Science Program in all its key areas such as leadership, business development, delivery and finance
  • Manage Data Science teams and take care of high level of services, customer and talent satisfaction
  • Minimize project risk by problem solving
  • Monitor quality indicators of sales and project progress
  • Cooperate with other company business units and technical leaders

What we require

  • 10+ years of experience in data space, working on projects for enterprise customers
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term fruitful relationships with clients
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant and acknowledgeable field sales experience
  • Proven experience in successful delivery of projects in one of the areas: recommendation engines, automated decision systems, pricing models, demand and supply models, client lifetime value models, churn modeling for retail (e/Commerce) or banking
  • Knowledge of Big Data issues (including parallel processing, data warehousing, dimensional data modeling) and technologies – Hadoop, MapReduce and R
  • Proven knowledge of data mining, predictive modeling and analytics
  • Hands-on experience in algorithms and models implementation (logistic regression, decision trees, CHAID, random forests, hidden Markov models, KNN, deep-learning models, ADA Boost, association rules, clustering, Bayesian)
  • Great presentation skills and passion for beautiful data visualizations
  • Strong team building and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English
