WE HELP OUR CLIENTS TO INNOVATE BY PROVIDING PROFESSIONAL SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES, DATA ANALYTICS AND OUTSOURCING.

You will be responsible for

  • Diagnosing problems with hardware and software
  • Supportting and helping users of business applications
  • Categorization and timely solving of reported issues
  • Preparation of the documentation of reported problems and creating reports
  • Coordinating training for employees

What we require

  • Experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of Microsoft environment e.g. Windows operating systems, SharePoint, Active Directory
  • Knowledge of: Service Desk, Customer Service, Remote Access Software Tools, construction of computers and peripherals
  • Knowledge of English at a level enabling reading of technical documentation
