WE HELP OUR CLIENTS TO INNOVATE BY PROVIDING PROFESSIONAL SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES, DATA ANALYTICS AND OUTSOURCING
You will be responsible for
- Business development of ITMAGINATION on foreign markets (DACH, NORDIC, United Kingdom and Ireland, ME/GULF, DACH, USA/Canada).
- Searching for synergy in the work of the regional sales forces. Collaborating with customers on a global level.
- Line management of subordinate dispersed international sales team. Taking care of its development, serving as a mentor/coach.
- Active acquisition of new international customers and maintaining long-term positive relationships with existing customers of the company. Prevention and settlement of conflicts.
- Close cooperation with the Board and other departments of the company.
- Building the company's good image. Acting as a representative of the company during international business events.
What we require
- 10+ years of experience in the sales of services and solutions for large international companies.
- Experience in generating budgets of services (excluding licenses) at a minimum level of 10M EUR annually.
- The broad technological expertise and knowledge of current trends in the global IT market (especially Software, BI, Cloud, Managed Services, Outsourcing).
- Having an extensive network of business contacts enabling a direct access to decision-makers of potential clients in different countries (preferred markets GB&IE, Nordics, ME/GULF, DACH, US).
- Experience in the line management of a dispersed international sales team.
- Proficiency in English, allowing for the preparation of tenders, resolving conflict situations and conducting business negotiations in English. Very good knowledge of the Swedish language and/or Danish would be an advantage.
- Executive presence. The best candidates have previous experience in strategic management on the border of consulting / technology.
