You will be tasked with building processes and structures orthogonal to our existing account-based delivery hierarchy. The team you hire will consist of the best and most charismatic experts with various software development competencies.
Together with the team, you will:
Create a technical vision at company level and be responsible for its execution
Analyse trends, create a technological roadmap, and hire the best people to execute this roadmap
Create and shape a growing and fast-paced organization
Have a real impact on how a company operates
Be a leader for domain, technology and competence leaders
Support our delivery teams across Europe
Design talent development paths and influence pay raise conditions
Support substantive assessment practices and procedures during the recruitment phase
Manage our “bench” team through organizing internal project teams and scheduling development goals
• Support project kick-offs and pre-sales activities
Ensure the exceptional implementation of SDLC methodology in all company projects
Co-create valuable content and support employer branding activities to attract the best talent
