We are looking for an experienced team player to fill the Head of IT position and to become responsible for ITMAGINATION’s internal IT operations.
You will be responsible for:
• Managing internal IT team (5 FTEs, 400 users, AD, O365, Teams, Live Space CRM, TFS, Azure, DevOps, SharePoint, Zoho Recruit, MS Business Central)
• Managing internal ERP development
• Motivating and setting goals for current team members and recruiting new ones
• Enforcing company-wide security policy (access management, hierarchy management, audit, GDPR, ISO27001, ISO9001)
• Promoting digitalization and supporting back-office processes
• Ensuring proper documentation (Security Policy, BCP, ITIL, ERP, ISO)
• Vendor management (infrastructure, personal hardware, telco & office hardware, software)
• Inventory process management (1200+ units)
• Azure consumption management and billing ($150k +/year)
• Microsoft Partner Portal management
• License management
• Responsibly for external client infrastructure (I and II service level)
Requirements
• Experience in leading internal IT function with particular focus an employee’s satisfaction
• Strong organization skills and ability to multitask
• Experience in a similar position with many lessons already learned
• Self-reliance and orientation on achieving goals
• Project and team management experience
• Ability to plan and execute within constricted tome and budget
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good level of spoken and written business English
• Experience in achieving ISO certification
• Practical experience in the field of cybersecurity
• Technical knowledge (AD, DNS, DHCP, LAN, WAN, WiFi, Win Server, virtualization)
• Minimum one year documented experience as IOD/DPO in +300 organization
