We are looking for an experienced team player to fill the Business Analyst position and participate in one of our up-and-coming projects from Medical industry.
You can expect:
- Working with a highly skilled team of professionals
- Eliciting, challenging and refining business requirements and supporting the Business Partner to build robust business cases for review and approval
- Supporting the Product Managers/Owners in capturing requirements for existing products to enable sprint scheduling and prioritization
Requirements
- Communicative German and English
- Customer-first mindset
- Ability to capture requirements in the appropriate format - Business Cases, Functional Specifications, creating and elaborating user stories
- Experience of producing system and process diagrams, both As-Is and To-Be
- Experience of Confluence, JIRA, prototype/wireframes and user journey flows
- Flexibile and agile mindset with the ability to work across different team functions and projects
- Experience of working in a global environment
