We‘re looking for a person to
fill the Delivery Operation Specialist position.
The person in this position will manage our Labz Team, ensure the Team is
informed and with tasks, and cooperate with Competency Leaders, Delivery and
Recruitment teams.

You can expect:
- Creating and enforcing projects' documentation standards
following ITMAGINATION's standards.
- Assisting in identifying and matching appropriate
resources to meet business needs
- Managing Labz tool, ensuring weekly status updates and
keeping the list of resources up-to-date along with monitoring timesheets and
handling the communications
- Assisting in identifying and matching appropriate
resources to meet business needs and to optimize resource allocation
- Analyzing costs related to Competence Leaders’
activities and for Labz resources
Requirements
- Min. 4 years of
relevant experience in IT/Engineering business
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving
skills
- Collaborative mindset, professionalism, and
thoroughness
- Familiarity with resource management tools and
software
- Budgeting and numbers-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of IT industry and software development
processes
- Excellent English skills (min. C1)
