Requirements
- Extensive experience in writing business requirements and functional specifications associated with formalized SDLC
- Familiarity with packaged application software, MS Office suite and MS Visio Daily Activities
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to plan and lead the requirements phase of a project
- Experience in creating project-specific requirements deliverables based on predefined product baselines
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English and German
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively
