We are looking for experienced team players to fill the Senior Software Engineer - Ab Initio Specialist position and participate in our up-and-coming project from the banking industry.
You can expect:
- Design, build, and maintain data integration pipelines using Ab Initio
- Automate data exports from HR systems into a centralized analytics platform
- Collaborate with HR, analytics, and IT teams to align technical work with business needs
Requirements
- Proficiency in Ab Initio (development and troubleshooting) - 7 years of experience
- Solid experience with ETL processes and working with large-scale data pipelines
- Familiarity with integrating multiple data sources, especially HR-related systems (e.g., HCM, LMS)
- Understanding of data security and compliance principles
- Experience with enterprise data environments and production-grade solutions
- Excellent English skills
Nice to have:
- Experience with other ETL/data integration tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, DataStage)
- Knowledge of HR data models and domain-specific integrations
- Previous work in Agile or cross-functional teams
