We are looking for experienced team players to fill the position of Java Fullstack Architect and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the telecommunication industry.
Project goals: modernize and scale core DMS capabilities on a cloud-ready, secure, and maintainable Java platform.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end architecture for DMS modules; define standards, patterns, and guardrails.
- Design and evolve secure, high-quality REST/microservices; drive performance, resiliency, HA/DR.
- Provide hands-on leadership (spikes/PoCs, tricky defects, performance tuning).
- Ensure observability (logs/metrics/traces) and production readiness (SLOs, error budgets).
- Partner with client architects, PO/BA, and cross-functional teams to deliver integrations.
- Mentor engineers; lead code/design reviews and foster best practices.
Requirements
- 10–12+ years across enterprise systems and microservices (architect or tech-lead track).
- Java 8+/17, Spring Boot/MVC/JPA/Hibernate; strong REST API design; microservices patterns.
- Front-end proficiency in Angular 11+ or React (solid working knowledge).
- CI/CD and DevSecOps practices; containers (Docker/Kubernetes).
- One public cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP); RDBMS (Postgres/Oracle/MSSQL) and NoSQL.
- English B2+ and German B2+
Prefererd:
- Automotive/DMS exposure (3–6 years), OAuth2/Keycloak, Kafka/async messaging, distributed caching.
- Security by design (OWASP), performance engineering, TOGAF or cloud certifications.
