Work on our great portfolio of selected Clients (we’re looking for a farmer, not a hunter)
Being the very first contact person for our most significant clients, responsible for shaping our future cooperation;
Relationship management – you will be responsible for establishing productive, trusting, and professional relations with key people within our Clients' organizations,
Team building and team management including contract prolongings, holiday plans management,
P&L management, forecasting,
Cooperation with internal Recruitment, Sales and Delivery departments
Proceeding formal documents with clients - purchase orders, timesheets, acceptance protocols
- At least a year of professional experience in a fast-pacing IT environment
- Proactivity, ability to work autonomously
- Ability to work under pressure,
- Team player, propriety, diligence
- Knowledge about IT Industry and software development processes,
- Fluent English (C1)
- Fully remote position
