ITMAGINATION is looking for a Business Development Manager who will focus on the North American market (USA & Canada). You will be a part of a passionate Sales Team that expands our value in international markets.

What you’ll primarily be doing on a day-to-day basis:
- Conducting business development initiatives, focusing on the North American (USA & Canada) and EMEA markets
- Market research, company mapping, as well as initiating and establishing contact with C-level representatives
- Building long term relationships with prospects
- You will be working closely with the Board Member responsible for these activities
You will be a great fit if you:
- Demonstrate a genuine interest in the Technology & the IT sector – we’re looking for someone who has at least 2 years of experience in the field
- Are ideally already experienced in the sales of IT Development Services and Staff Augmentation / Team Leasing Services
- Can effortlessly develop strong and long-term relationships with clients
- Have a "can-do" attitude and personality with determination, perseverance, persistence, and competitiveness
- Are determined to build a customer portfolio that includes Fortune 500 companies, enterprises, and well-established startups (especially in fintech)
- Communicate in written and spoken English at a C1 level (minimum) or if you are a native English speaker (preferred)
