Thank you for sharing details about your ambitious QA requirements for ING’s five applications serving 3 million users. We appreciate the opportunity to propose how ITMAGINATION can help you spin up dedicated QA pods to deliver full test coverage—from unit tests to end-to-end testing—across mobile, web, cloud, and API environments, with a blend of manual and automated workflows.

Our Approach

1. Rapid Pod Formation (Weeks 1–4):
• Assemble three cross-functional QA pods, each comprising QA Engineers specializing in automation (Selenium, Cypress, Appium) and manual testing experts.
• Onboard tooling: CI/CD pipelines configured with Xray, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Initial test strategy workshops to align on scope, coverage goals, and compliance requirements (PSD2, AML/KYC).

2. Infrastructure & Test Automation Setup (Weeks 5–8):
• Provision shared test environments on Azure and AWS, including device farms for mobile app testing.
• Develop and integrate automated unit, integration, and API tests into pipelines.
• Establish monitoring dashboards for real-time test metrics and coverage reports.
