We are looking for experienced team players to fill the Junior Business Analyst position and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the banking industry.
Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level or higher)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Good understanding of the banking, financial services, or shared services environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different geographical locations
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken (min.B2+ level)
