We are looking for experienced team players to fill the Business Analyst position and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the banking industry.
You can expect:
- Working at the intersection of business and technology, supporting the delivery of data-driven solutions that improve processes, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency.
- Working closely with business and technical teams to gather, clarify, and translate business requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in consulting, finance, or technology.
- Solid understanding of financial instruments (Equities, Bonds, FX, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
- Ability to simplify complex information and translate between business and technical teams.
- Experience with requirements elicitation, backlog grooming, business case development.
- Familiarity with systems engineering and modeling techniques is a plus.
