We‘re looking for a person to fill the Sales Strategy and Operations Specialist position.

You can expect:
- Contribute to sales strategy development, including target definition and approach planning, and support sales forecasting and budgeting
- Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track KPIs, providing insights for performance reviews and strategic adjustments
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, support data-driven decision-making
- Provide administrative support for sales activities
- Identify, design, and implement improvements in sales processes and CRM systems
Requirements
- 1y+ years in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, or a similar role, ideally in IT services or a tech company
- Strong experience with CRM systems (Salesforce highly preferred) and sales enablement tools
- Proven ability to analyze sales data, generate reports, and identify process improvements
- Experience supporting a B2B sales team
- Familiarity with sales methodologies and GTM strategies
- Excellent English skills (C1 level)
