We are looking for experienced team players to fill the Junior RPA Controller position and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the banking industry.
You can expect:
- Monitoring and managing robotic process automations (RPAs) in Blue Prism
- A functional, operational role focused on daily oversight of RPA processes, performance tracking, and exception handling
Requirements
- Min. 2 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience working with Blue Prism (must-have)
- Strong understanding of RPA concepts and process automation workflows
- Experience with exception handling and troubleshooting in RPA environments
- Ability to interpret logs and performance data
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written)
- Experience working in cross-functional teams (business & IT)
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with other RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
- Experience in application support or similar monitoring roles
- Knowledge of ITIL processes or service management tools
- Swedish language skills are a plus
