We are looking for an experienced team player to fill the Senior Accountant position
You can expect:
- Keeping full accounting records of the company in accordance with applicable regulations (including the Accounting Act and IFRS)
- Collaboration on month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing – including preparation of financial statements and management reports
- Operation and development of the Oracle Fusion system – including data accuracy control, implementation of improvements, and cooperation with the IT team
- Preparation of tax declarations (VAT, CIT) and reports for external institution
- Cooperation with external and internal auditors
- Support in budgeting and financial analysis
- Supervision of junior accountants and providing substantive support to the team
- Cooperation with international teams – reporting and communication in English.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in an accounting/finance department, including in a senior accountant position
- Very good knowledge of accounting and tax regulations
- Practical experience with Oracle Fusion system, minimum version 25 (mandatory requirement)
- Good command of English (minimum B2 level) and Polish( minimum B2 level)– daily communication and reporting
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and make independent decisions
- University degree in a relevant field (finance, accounting, economics)
Nice to have:
- ACCA, CIMA, or statutory auditor certification.
