Job Description

ITMAGINATION helps its Clients by becoming a true extension of their software and data development capabilities. We are looking for experienced team players to fill the Wallstreet Software Engineer position and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the banking industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor/master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, physics or engineering or demonstrated equivalent professional experience of at least 7 years 
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the field of Software Development for Financial Institutions
  • Knowledge of software development methodology, design and lifecycles
  • Experience supporting WallStreet Suite TRM interfaces and CSDs developments
  • Strong experience with Sybase ASE, PL/SQL, Python, XML and Linux
  • Strong ability to understand context for source code, the source codebase, and its relation to business objectives
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and software tools for agile planning as Jira
  • Communicative English

Nice to have:

  • Working knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD principles and practices
  • Behavior driven testing and test automation using cucumber framework
  • GitHub or another source code repository
