We are looking for a Delivery Center Manager to lead and grow a strategic delivery portfolio at ITMAGINATION, now part of the Virtusa Group. This is a hands-on, change-driven leadership role, requiring a strong delivery mindset combined with the ability to guide teams through a time of operational transformation.
As the organization transitions to new delivery models, governance structures, and operational rules aligned with group standards, you will play a key role in supporting and driving the change. You’ll foster a delivery culture grounded in accountability, resilience, and adaptability — helping teams navigate ambiguity and align with new expectations while keeping customers and quality at the center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a portfolio of international IT initiatives in the banking, financial services, and telecom sectors
- Ensure successful execution of complex programs across T&M, team extension, and fixed-price models
- Own and manage customer relationships, acting as a primary point of contact for delivery and growth
- Oversee P&L for your portfolio — ensuring profitability, resourcing, and delivery excellence
- Support the organization in the transition to new operational structures and processes driven by group integration
- Help translate evolving governance and reporting expectations into clear actions and routines
- Coach and guide teams through cultural and procedural changes, ensuring strong engagement and clarity
- Lead people development efforts through mentoring and performance management
- Engage in RFP/RFI processes, including estimation and delivery planning
- Review and assess legal documentation with a delivery lens
- Participate in operational tasks such as reviewing profiles, assessing candidates, and resolving delivery issues
- Act as a bridge between delivery, sales, legal, and executive leadership to ensure aligned outcomes
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in IT, with leadership across project, delivery, and organizational levels
- Proven track record in leading teams through change and organizational transition
- Strong delivery management background, including fixed-price projects and complex IT programs
- Solid experience in team leadership, mentoring, and performance management
- Experience with P&L ownership and driving account-level commercial success
- Ability to assess delivery implications in contracts
- Confident, proactive communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- High adaptability and a hands-on, problem-solving approach
- Fluent English (C1+) and Polish, with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
