We are looking for experienced team players to fill the Engineering Manager position and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the banking industry.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical leadership roles (Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, DevOps Manager, or similar)
- Proven experience leading release management processes in Agile / DevOps environments, preferably within organizations operating at scale with multiple squads or tribes
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and frameworks (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
- Solid understanding of test automation, quality gates, and continuous testing
- Ability to manage technical dependencies across multiple teams and handle complex delivery scenarios
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferable) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and incident management practices
- Fluent English (min. B2+/C1)
