We are looking for experienced team players to fill the Lead Consultant position and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the telecommunication industry.
You can expect:
- Leader of Consultants for customer accounts on various tech domains
- Closely collaborate with architects / solution consultants
Requirements
- Proven experience leading geographically distributed consultant teams
- Solid understanding of enterprise-level security technologies, processes, and organizational structures
- Technical expertise in: Fortinet (Flexible SD-WAN, Firewalls), BigIP F5, Ivanti FAA, Microsoft Teams EV
- Experience with cloud technologies - preferable Microsoft Azure
- Capable of transforming functional requirements into comprehensive technical solutions - architecture and design documentation, Level of Effort (LoE) estimations, proposals aligned with existing and new portfolios
- Strong leadership skills - technical decision-making, managing activity pipelines, leading documentation and processes, mentoring team members
- Hands-on experience working in Agile environments (e.g. daily standups, sprint ceremonies)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Polish (spoken and written)
