We are looking for team player to fill IT Asset Manager position in a dynamic international project focused on Software Asset Management (SAM).
You Can Expect:
- Manage the full software asset lifecycle within the organization.
- Maintain and configure SAM Pro in a ServiceNow environment
- Ensure compliance and optimize the use of Microsoft and Oracle licenses
- Support and participate in internal and external software licensing audits
- Troubleshoot and resolve software asset and licensing issues efficiently
- Generate reports and provide actionable insights to IT and procurement teams
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Asset Management
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro
- Strong understanding of Microsoft and Oracle licensing models
- Experience working with Configuration Management Databases (CMDB)
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
Nice to Have
- Certifications in SAM, ITAM, or ITIL
- Experience working in large enterprise environments
- Familiarity with other ITSM/ITAM platforms
