We are looking for experienced team players to fill the Operations Service Owner position and participate in our cliens' up-and-coming healthcare project.
You can expect:
- Implement the operational strategy for digital services, aligning with overall business objectives
- Ensure that operational processes support the reliability, scalability, recoverability, security and efficiency of digital services
- Develop analytics and reporting to identify trends, patterns, and areas for Service improvement
- Mitigate risks and ensure compliance with global standards
Requirements
- Work experience of at least 3-5 years as a service/product owner, IT project manager or in a similar role
- Experience with ITSM frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT5 and ISO standards
- Proven track record in designing and operating IT-Services / implementation projects
- Technical knowledge in the IT enterprise environment
- Strong Project Management skills, flexibility, and communication skills at all levels
- Customer-oriented approach, communicative team player with assertiveness
- Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Experience in the collection and reporting of financial data
- Excellent English skills
