We are looking for experienced team players to fill the Senior Application Support Engineer – Fenergo AMS (L1/L2) position and participate in our cliens' up-and-coming fin-tech project.
You can expect:
- Act as a senior escalation point for L1/L2 incidents and complex service requests
- Oversee triage, diagnosis, and resolution of issues across Fenergo and integrated systems
- Lead problem management and root cause analysis for recurring incidents
- Support deployment validation, environment refreshes, and patch rollouts
Requirements
- 8+ years in application support, production support, or AMS roles in financial services
- Strong hands-on experience with Fenergo CLM/KYC platform
- Solid knowledge of KYC/AML processes for institutional clients
- Proficiency in API integrations, SQL for diagnostics, and job monitoring tools
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Strong ITIL and ITSM process knowledge (certification preferred)
- Very good English skills
Nice to have:
- Experience with Fenergo configuration (rules engine, workflows, UI)
- Knowledge of financial data domains (LEI, UBO, sanctions)
- Familiarity with Splunk, AppDynamics or similar tools
