We are seeking a Technical Lead with deep expertise in Fenergo KYC/CLM to lead our L1/L2 application support function.
You can Expect:
- Lead and manage the L1/L2 Fenergo AMS support team, ensuring SLA adherence.
- Act as the highest technical escalation point for critical incidents.
- Define and maintain operational standards, runbooks, and escalation processes.
- Oversee cross-system integrations (CRM, AML, document management).
- Drive root cause analysis, trend identification, and implementation of preventive measures.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, BA, and vendor teams on platform changes, releases, and enhancements.
- Define monitoring strategies and reporting frameworks to ensure proactive system health management.
- Mentor senior engineers and promote a knowledge-sharing culture.
Requirements
- Min. 12 years in application management / AMS leadership roles, with strong financial services experience.
- Proven track record in leading Fenergo CLM/KYC support teams.
- Deep knowledge of KYC/AML regulations and client lifecycle management processes.
- Advanced skills in API troubleshooting, SQL performance diagnostics, and job scheduling/monitoring.
- Strong leadership, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- ITIL certification and experience implementing ITSM best practices.
- Communicative English
