We are looking for experienced team players to fill the Senior Salesforce Consultant position and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the telcom industry.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in early sales stages to identify how Salesforce can address customer challenges.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, contributing to their digital transformation.
- Define project deployment strategies and estimate effort.
- Assess key business drivers, challenges, and propose optimized service strategies.
- Co-create architecture with customers, produce architecture standards and complex design documents.
- Support sales by positioning new complex solutions and promoting consulting (up)selling.
- Maintain strong technical knowledge of client's products and contribute to knowledge sharing and mentoring.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in a similar role
- Extensive commercial experience with Salesforce CRM solutions
- Deep expertise across multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, Commerce, CPQ, Field Service)
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and automation tools (Flows, Process Builder)
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi)
- Experience in data modeling, ETL tools, and bulk data management
- Solid understanding of CRM processes and ability to design solution blueprints
- Fluent English (min. B2+)
