We are looking for experienced team players to fill the Senior AI and Digitalization Consultant position and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the telecom industry.
You can expect:
- Engage in the early stages of sales process with key stakeholders and identify how AI and digital channels can improve Customer and/or Employee Experience
- Become client trusted advisor and contribute to customer Digital Transformation
- Recognize and assess client key business drivers and challenges
- Produce customized architecture standards and complex design documents
Requirements
- Expert level knowledge and hands on experience on CCaaS vendors such as Nice CXOne, Sprinklr or Genesys
- Expert level knowledge and hands on experience on training and integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Amazon etc.)
- Design and integration of various generative AI solutions into digital channels (Bots, Agent assist etc..)
- Good level of experience on knowledge management tools such as Shelf, livePro
- Very good understanding of Omni-channel and orchestration of customer journey
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures
- Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and CRM vendors, e.g Salesforce, Ms Dynamic etc.
- Excellent English skills
