We are looking for experienced team players to fill the Service Now Analyst position and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the banking industry.
In this role, you will:
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Collaborate with quants, risk, trading desks, and developers to deliver self-service and new CCR model reports (backtesting, stress tests, etc.).
- Perform GAP analysis, define processes, and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Act as a liaison between business and IT, supporting stakeholders and driving process improvement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in CIB Markets, Risk projects, and financial products
- Knowledge of XVA and Counterparty Risk metrics (mandatory)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Control M
- Experience in Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Jira, Confluence
- Strong communication, analytical skills, and business orientation
- Fluent English (min.B2)
