We are looking for experienced team players to fill the AI Architect position and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the automotive industry.
You can expect:
- Define reference architectures for AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry (Azure AI Studio), Azure OpenAI Service, Prompt Flow, Azure AI Search, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages).
- Design and implement Copilot Studio solutions (skills, actions, connectors, grounding with internal data) integrated with M365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook) and line-of-business apps.
- Establish retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns with Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Dataverse, Azure Blob, and vector stores; tune prompts, evaluation, and guardrails.
- Orchestrate workflows that blend low/pro-code with pro-code APIs/SDKs; set ALM using Power Platform Pipelines + Azure DevOps/GitHub.
- Define tenant-level Power Platform governance (DLP policies, environment strategy, CoE), data residency, and labeling.
- Implement identity and access (Entra ID), data governance (Microsoft Purview), and responsible AI controls (content filters, abuse monitoring, evaluation gates).
- Standardize evaluation/telemetry for LLM apps (App Insights, Azure Monitor), prompt/version management, offline tests, and rollback strategies.
- Optimize cost/performance (token budgets, caching, response latency SLOs).
- Maintain the AI reference roadmap, technical standards, and decision records.
- Evaluate new Microsoft capabilities and recommend adoption paths.
Requirements
- 10+ years designing cloud solutions (2+ in applied AI/LLM apps) on Microsoft Azure.
- Hands-on with Azure AI Foundry / Azure AI Studio, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and M365 integration.
- Strong grasp of Power Platform architecture (Dataverse, connectors, ALM, DLP).
- Experience with Enterprise integration (Graph API, custom connectors, APIs, eventing) and at least one programming stack (C#, TypeScript/Node, or Python).
- Solid understanding of RAG, prompt engineering, evaluation, telemetry, and cost/perf tuning.
- Security/compliance by design: Entra ID, Purview, data classification, tenant governance.
- Excellent stakeholder communication; ability to translate business goals into technical plans.

- Semantic Kernel for orchestration/plug-in patterns and planners.
- Azure services: Functions, API Management, Service Bus/Event Grid, Cosmos DB/SQL with vector support, Azure AI Search.
- Experience with Power Apps (Model-driven/Canvas), Power Pages, and Power BI for insights.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure AI Engineer) or equivalent proof of expertise.
