Support the Chief Delivery Officer and Delivery Team in daily operational activities
Coordinate collaboration between teams in Poland and HQ in India
Manage resource allocation and project staffing processes
Facilitate and manage enforcing company standards and rules in daily work of the department
Monitor ongoing delivery initiatives and prepare status reports
Contribute to forecasting and analysis of team capacity and utilization
Organize and facilitate operational meetings, including preparation of notes and summaries
Cooperate with Delivery, HR and Recruitment teams on workforce planning
Implement and improve internal delivery processes
Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, operations, or PMO (IT industry experience is an advantage)
Good understanding of delivery processes and outsourcing
Prior experience working in an international organization and with corporate software (any of ERP, CRM, Sharepoint)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to close assigned tasks
Very good ability to work with data and reporting (Excel/Google Sheets, reporting systems)
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams across cultures
Ability to work independently and manage working time with limited supervision
Very good command of English (minimum B2 level) and Polish ( min C1 level) – international working environment
