We are looking for experienced team players to fill the Senior Production Support Engineer position and participate in our project for our client from the Banking industry.
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years experience
- Strong focus on software support (NOT hardware support). Diagnose and resolve technical incidents, analysing and either solving them or escalating them. Analyze the root causes of recurring problems and propose improvements
- Strong SQL querying knowledge
- Strong knowledge of batch/process/job automated scheduling
- Document incident resolution processes
- Communicative English
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of data
- Experience in banking and/or accounting
- Basic knowledge of spark / scala, AWS, Control M
