We‘re looking for a person to fill the Delivery Manager position.
The person in this position will be responsible for coordinating the cooperation with clients on a variety of projects and will maintain good relationships with our clients, cooperate with internal Recruitment and Delivery departments, and manage our contractors.
Responsibilities:
- Establishing productive, trusting, and professional relationships with key people within our Client's organizations
- Working on our portfolio of selected projects
- Team building and team management
- Being responsible for capacity planning, project documentation management, project data verification & analysis, status reports and risks
- Managing rotation on the project - finding a replacement for the candidate and salary rise proceeding
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in IT (project management, delivery management, team leadership, resource management)
- Strong understanding of a software development best practices and methodologies (Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies)
- Experience in managing distributed teams and working in diverse multinational environment
- Great team player, excellent communication skills,
- Ability to interact effectively with the team and customer representatives, problem solving attitude
- Great strategist, experience in leading the teams to successful deployments
- Excellent English skills - min. C1 level, and Polish min. C1
- Familiarity with project management tools
- Eagerness to support organization growth
- Good understanding of modern IT architectures, data solutions, or software development lifecycle is a strong asset
