We are looking for experienced team players to fill the SAP Application Incident & Service Manager position and participate in our project for our client from the ICT services industry.
Requirements
- Min 6 years in SAP support or application management roles
- Experience managing incidents, service requests, and change processes across SAP modules
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira)
- Coordination between L1/L2/L3 teams, SAP vendors, and internal business stakeholders
- Excellent communication and reporting skills in German and English
- Ability to manage SLAs, document incidents, and lead service review meetings
