We are looking for experienced team players to fill the Business Support – MS Dynamics position and participate in our project for our client from the ICT services industry.
Requirements
- min 3 years of experience in user-facing functional support roles within Microsoft Dynamics environments
- Experience supporting users across Dynamics 365 CRM/Finance/Operations modules
- Ability to triage incidents, guide users, and document recurring issues for further system optimization
- Familiarity with basic Dynamics configuration (e.g. workflows, views, dashboards) is a strong plus
- Skilled in preparing and maintaining user documentation and process manuals
- Previous experience working in multilingual/multinational teams
- Fluent English (C1) and proficient German (minimum B1) for daily communication and ticket handling
- Customer-oriented approach with strong interpersonal and coordination skills
