Job Description

We are looking for experienced team players to fill the Ms Dynamics Configuration & Documentation Specialist​ position and participate in our project for our client from the ICT services industry.

Requirements

  • Min 8 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in configuration and documentation-heavy environments
  • Proven expertise in customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 modules, including user roles, workflows, and business rules
  • Strong experience in system documentation, including process diagrams, configuration manuals, and user guides
  • Ability to create and maintain solution design documents, configuration logs, and functional requirement specs
  • Solid understanding of integration points between Dynamics modules and other enterprise systems
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional configurations
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools for change management and documentation traceability
  • Fluent English (C1) and proficient German (minimum B2, ideally C1) for stakeholder interaction, documentation, and workshops
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a distributed, multilingual environment
