We are looking for experienced team players to fill the position of L2 Support Engineer with .NET and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the information management area.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor system logs and scanners to identify, analyze, and resolve L2 support issues.
 
- Troubleshoot application errors related to .NET services and scanning systems.
 
- Investigate and diagnose issues raised through the ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow).
 
Requirements
- Proven experience in L2 application support or combined development/support role.
 
- Strong understanding of .NET framework and ability to troubleshoot .NET-based applications.
 
- Experience monitoring and resolving issues within scanning solutions.
 
- Familiarity with ticketing systems, ideally ServiceNow (SNOW).
 
- Ability to analyze logs, identify root causes, and perform structured problem resolution.
 
- Strong communication and customer service skills with ability to support business stakeholders.
 
- Experience troubleshooting Windows environments and services.
 
- Fluent English (C1)
