We are looking for experienced team players to fill the position of UX Designer Lead and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the medical area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead UX design for a mobile app built from scratch
- Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate with MAUI developers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality
- Define design guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms
- Ensure compliance with medical industry standards and accessibility requirements
- Facilitate workshops and design reviews with stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 2 years in a lead role
- Proven experience designing mobile applications (iOS and Android)
- Strong proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Excellent understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design
- English proficiency at C1 level
- Willingness to travel to Germany 1–2 times per month
- German language skills (nice to have)
- Experience working with .NET MAUI or cross-platform frameworks (nice to have)
- Familiarity with medical or healthcare projects (nice to have)
