We are looking for experienced team players to fill the position of Testing Lead and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the medical area.
As a Testing Lead, you will be responsible for defining and executing the testing strategy for a mobile application developed with .NET MAUI. You will ensure the highest quality standards, compliance with medical regulations, and a seamless user experience. This role involves close collaboration with developers, UX designers, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement a comprehensive testing strategy for a mobile app built from scratch
- Collaborate with MAUI developers to integrate testing into the development lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with medical industry standards and data security regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR)
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and automation frameworks
- Participate in stakeholder meetings and workshops (including travel to Germany 1–2 times per month)
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software testing, including 2+ years in a lead role
- Strong knowledge of mobile application testing (iOS and Android)
- Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Appium, Selenium, or similar)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration testing
- English proficiency at C1 level
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in medical or healthcare projects (nice to have)
- Knowledge of .NET MAUI or cross-platform frameworks (nice to have)
- German language skills (nice to have)
