We are looking for experienced team players to fill the Senior Data Engineer position and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the banking area.
You Can Expect:
- Delivering high-quality software solutions, ensuring all quality, scope, and performance expectations are met.
- Taking ownership of technical design activities and document all aspects of system architecture thoroughly.
- Collaborating closely and effectively with partner technology teams to support delivery of data and software initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Python, PySpark, Pandas, and experience working with JupyterLab notebooks.
- Hands-on experience with the AWS cloud platform.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, and related technologies.
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Working knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Qlik, Tableau, Power BI).
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Kafka.
- Knowledge of SQL, Hive, and Hadoop.
- Experience using AWS EMR (Elastic MapReduce) to run Spark clusters.
- Familiarity with Terraform.
- Experience with Ansible, Bash scripting, and boto3.
- Prior experience configuring CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
