We are looking for experienced team players to fill the Business Analyst position and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the insurance area.
You Can Expect:
- Documenting business requirements and translating them into actionable technical tasks
- Managing and maintain Jira boards for the Engineering team: groom stories, track progress, and coordinate with developers, QA, and stakeholders
- Acting as a liaison between product and engineering to clarify requirements and ensure alignment across teams
- Identifying risks, gaps, or inconsistencies in incoming business requirements and proactively resolve them
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical BA
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Kanban delivery models
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple work streams and keep deliverables on track
- Proven ability to create clear, structured documentation (e.g., data dictionaries, mappings, process flows)
- Nice to have: experience with AI assistant / AI solution scoping
