We are looking for experienced team players to fill the Pega Engineer position and participate in project for our client from the banking industry.
You can expect:
- Design, develop, and maintain applications built on the Pega platform in line with business and regulatory requirements
- Translate business and functional requirements into well-structured Pega solutions
- Configure case management, workflows, rules, data models, and UI components
- Take ownership of larger solution areas or complex features
- Support less experienced engineers through reviews and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with the Pega platform
- Pega CSSA certification or equivalent practical experience (SSA experience is a strong plus for senior profiles)
- Good analytical skills and interest in understanding application logic and system behavior
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery teams
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in a regulated environment (e.g. banking, financial services)
- Exposure to complex enterprise-scale systems
- Experience in knowledge sharing, mentoring, or informal technical leadership
- Interest in further professional development and Pega certification
