We are looking for experienced team players to fill the position of Support Engineer L1 / L2 and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
- Provide L1/L2 production support
- Coordinate escalations to L3 engineering for code-level fixes; own incident tracking, communication and closure.
- Perform advanced triage: log analysis, API troubleshooting (HTTP/REST), configuration verification and SQL diagnostics.
- Support releases/rollouts and production cutovers; ensure operational readiness (runbooks, checklists, verification steps).
- Work in a shift model (08:00–18:00) with occasional weekend/on-call support during rollouts/releases.
Requirements
- min 2 years in L1/L2 production support or maintenance
- Practical diagnostics skills (logs, troubleshooting, basic performance triage; familiarity with crash evidence).
- Experience working with SLAs and cross-team collaboration.
- DMS or Automotive experience; performance/stability hardening exposure ( preferred)
- German B2+ and English B2+.
- ITIL Incident/Problem/Change; structured documentation and knowledge management.
