We are looking for team player to fill Project Manager position in a dynamic international project for the customer from gaming industry.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years as PM/Delivery Lead in IT projects, including managing cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban and traditional project management (timelines, budgets, risk).
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle, component integration (backend, frontend, controllers, CI/CD, testing), and lab/on-prem environments.
- Excellent English (minimum C1) and Polish; ability to write clear reports and lead meetings/workshops.
- Skilled in prioritization, decision-making, and negotiation across teams.
- Self-driven, accountable for results, deadline-oriented, adaptable to scope changes.
