We are looking for team player to fill Data Engineer position in a dynamic international project for the customer from aviation industry.
You can expect:
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines leveraging Azure Databricks and Medallion architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold).
- Develop ETL/ELT processes using PySpark, Python, Scala, and cloud-native tools.
- Build ingestion pipelines landing data into Azure Blob Storage via Azure Data Factory.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
- Work with tools such as Fivetran for data ingestion and integration.
- Create dashboards and analytical layers using Power BI.
- Build infrastructure using Terraform or Bicep.
- Collaborate closely with Data Architects, Product Owners, and cross-functional engineering teams
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Data Engineer role.
- Strong experience with Azure Infrastructure, including:Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Blob Storage, Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions
- Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks using: Medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold), PySpark / Python / Scala
- Experience working with Fivetran (modern data ingestion connectors & automation principles).
- Solid understanding of Power BI for reporting and semantic modeling.
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform or Bicep.
- Strong SQL skills and understanding of distributed data systems.
- Experience with version control (Git) and DevOps best practices.
