We are looking for experienced team players to fill the position of QA Test Engineer to participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the high-tech industry.
You can expect:
- Distributed Test Lab Infrastructure Management: Set up, configure, and maintain host machines and their associated network configurations for on-premises device testing.
- Device Under Test (DUT) Preparation & Integration: Prepare DUTs for integration into the test environment, including enabling developer modes, configuring debug interfaces, and flashing appropriate test images.
- Hardware Connectivity: Ensure proper physical connection and verification of hardware debug adapters (e.g., Servos) and DUTs within the lab setup. Troubleshoot connectivity issues (e.g., hardware detection, network).
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hardware testing or lab environments, preferably involving device-under-test setups.
- Strong proficiency with Linux command-line interface and shell scripting.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting.
- Experience with hardware debug adapters or specialized hardware interfaces for device control.
- Knowledge of test orchestration tools and command-line interfaces for test execution.
- Understanding of distributed task execution systems or device management platforms.
- Scripting experience (e.g., Python) for automating lab tasks.
- Familiarity with gRPC services used within test infrastructure.
- Fluent communication in English (B2+)
