We are looking for team player to fill Scrum Master position in a dynamic international project from telco industry.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum practices.
- Support the team in delivering increments, removing blockers and improving velocity.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Architects and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure effective communication and risk management across teams.
- Track progress, report KPIs, and support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent)
- 8+ years of experience working in Agile software delivery
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Experience working with distributed or multi-vendor teams
- Telecom/billing project exposure is an advantage
- SI, Tech Mahindra, Wipro
