We are looking for team player to fill Configuration Analyst position in a dynamic international project from telco industry.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain catalog items (pricing plans, offers, billing rules).
- Configure rating/tariffs, billing cycles, treatment/collections, taxation and charging flows.
- Work on customer journeys (Explore / Buy / Use / Bill / Pay).
- Support SIT/UAT, resolve configuration defects, review test plans.
- Participate in grooming, estimation, and Agile ceremonies.
- Support deployments and in-life operations when needed.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of telecom billing processes.
- Experience in rating, charging, catalog management, customer care or CRM/BSS flows.
- Understanding of roaming, MNP, mediation or invoicing is a plus.
- 4–6 years in telecom/BSS configuration roles.
- Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into system configurations.
